Method 2: Measuring your finger (circumference)

If you don't have a reference ring, you can measure your finger's circumference. Follow these steps:

You will need a string, a measuring tape, or a strip of paper and a ruler.
We recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day to avoid swelling.
