Exchanges and returns
In our customer service department, we offer an after-sales service to resolve any issues with our items or shipments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return it or 30 days to exchange it, from the date of item delivery.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date of delivery and 30 days to exchange it from the date of item delivery.
The simplest way to make an exchange or return is to visit our physical stores. You can check the directory by clicking on the following link.
You can also send the item to our facilities by courier, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs. Please contact us and we will provide you with the address of our facilities.
Exchanges through the online store are not permitted; you will need to return the item and make a new online purchase. OUTLET stores do not accept exchanges or returns from other stores or from the online store.
It is very important that items for exchange or return are adequately wrapped.

Processing the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 15 days from the delivery of the item. The refund procedure applies with the same provisions as for returns.

Refund
Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouses and verify their condition, JOSE LUIS Joyerías will accept the return of the item and proceed with the reimbursement of the paid order amount, including initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we received the withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method chosen by the customer when making the purchase.
Exchanges or returns of engraved, personalized, or special order items, such as wedding bands, will not be accepted.
In case of withdrawal, the customer will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
