All payments made on our website are in euros (€), and once the purchase is confirmed, we will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be delivered along with the purchased products or sent electronically.

All transactions made in our online store are processed through secure payment platforms, using SSL encryption protocols that guarantee the confidentiality of your personal and banking data. Under no circumstances does JOSE LUIS Joyerías store information related to credit cards or banking details.

These are the available payment methods:

Visa and Mastercard

We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard, both debit and credit cards.

JOSE LUIS Joyerías guarantees that every transaction made on the website is 100% secure. All the information you provide travels encrypted through the network and is processed directly on the bank's payment gateway, without us having access to your financial data.

Installment payment with Klarna

Klarna allows you to enjoy your purchases instantly and pay for them comfortably and flexibly. When paying with Klarna, you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments (0% APR).

This payment method is available for orders equal to or greater than €300.

To make the payment:

1. You will need to provide your ID number, mobile number, and card details.
2. The first payment is made when the order is processed, and the remaining two will be automatically charged every 30 days.

Installment payment with Aplázame

You can finance your purchases through Aplázame, an external financial company with which we collaborate. Available for orders over €150.

It allows you to divide the amount into monthly installments, choosing the number of installments at the time of the request.

To make the payment:

1. You will need to provide your ID document (DNI).
2. Credit approval is subject to Aplázame's terms and validation.

Valid only for purchases made with cards issued in Spain.

Bizum

You can pay for your purchases quickly and easily using Bizum. You can check here the list of banks that have this system and how to activate it if you haven't already.

To make the payment:

1. Enter your mobile phone number.
2. You will receive a notification in your bank's application. Access the notification, review the transaction details, and confirm the payment to complete it successfully.

This method is immediate and has no additional cost for the customer.
