JOSE LUIS JOYERÍAS, SL (hereinafter, JOSE LUIS Joyerías) is firmly committed to regulatory compliance, and has a solid ethical culture and good corporate governance, oriented towards the prevention and condemnation of irregular conduct that does not comply with applicable regulations.

With this objective, the ETHICS CHANNEL has been formalized, a tool enabled to communicate, confidentially, complaints or irregularities relating to actions or omissions that may constitute infringements, in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The ETHICS CHANNEL is intended for reporting regulatory non-compliance and for correcting such non-compliance. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, or suggestions unrelated to regulatory compliance.

The handling of all complaints submitted through this channel is governed by the following principles:

• Confidentiality

• Protection of personal data

• Information security

• Prohibition of retaliation for complaints made in good faith

• Presumption of innocence of the accused person

All of this is in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the ETHICAL CHANNEL Management Protocol.

The Ethics Channel of JOSE LUIS Joyerías is aligned with the regulations in force in the countries in which it operates. In the case of Spain, as indicated, it complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, as well as Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. In Portugal, the channel also complies with the requirements of Law No. 93/2021, of December 20, relating to the protection of whistleblowers, and Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9, which approves the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption.
