In JOSE LUIS Jewelers  You can receive your order at the delivery address indicated during the purchase process  Or, if you prefer, Pick it up for free at one of our physical stores . 
The addresses of Delivery and billing may differ . 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email  with the corresponding information.

Delivery times 

Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping selected: 

Home delivery

Canary Islands :  We do not offer home delivery. Orders must be picked up exclusively in store. 

In-store pickup

The exact timeframe will depend on the day of the week the order is placed. 

Important considerations regarding deadlines 

  • Orders placed after 4:30 pm (Spanish time) will be processed the next business day .
  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national or local holidays .
  • Delivery is subject to stock availability .
  • Orders with special size items or made-to-order items will be delivered within the timeframe indicated during the purchase process. 

In-store pickup 

If you choose the option of In-store pickup : 

  • We will notify you of the arrival of your order via SMS .
  • You will need to present your national identity document and order number to be able to collect it.
  • This delivery method is free of charge . 

Shipping costs 

The shipping costs Shipping costs depend on the destination and the shipping method selected . Free shipping is available for Spain and Portugal, subject to conditions .

Free shipping

  • Mainland Spain : orders over €75.
  • Portugal : orders over €85.
  • In-store pickup : always free.

In shipments to In Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the Community Customs Union , the customer must assume the customs fees  that could arise. 

Order tracking 

The transport company will send a email with the tracking code , so you can check the status of your shipment at any time. 

Delivery issues 

Home delivery 

  • If the recipient is absent, the agency will leave a notice and attempt to contact them by phone.
  • Two delivery attempts will be made .
  • After two failed attempts, the order will be available for collection at the point indicated by the agency for 10 calendar days .
  • If it is not collected within that period, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the amount paid will be refunded .

In-store pickup 

  • Orders will remain available in store for 15 calendar days , starting from the first working day after notification to the client.
  • If this period elapses without collection, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the amount will be refunded .
