Shipping policy
At JOSE LUIS Jewellers you can receive your order at the delivery address provided during the checkout process or, if you prefer, collect it free of charge at one of our physical stores.
The delivery and billing addresses may be different.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant information.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected:

Canary Islands: home delivery is not available. Orders must be collected exclusively in store.

The exact timeframe will depend on the day of the week the order is placed.
Important notes on delivery times
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM (Spain time) will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or national or local public holidays.
- Delivery is subject to stock availability.
- Orders containing items in special sizes or made to order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated during the checkout process.
In-store collection
If you choose the in-store collection option:
- We will notify you of your order's arrival by SMS.
- You will need to present your national identity document and your order number to collect it.
- This delivery method is completely free of charge.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Free shipping is available for Spain and Portugal under certain conditions:

Free shipping
- Mainland Spain: orders over €75.
- Portugal: orders over €85.
- In-store collection: always free.
For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU Customs Union, the customer will be responsible for any customs charges that may apply.
Order tracking
The courier company will send you an email with a tracking code, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery issues
Home delivery
- If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and attempt to contact them by phone.
- Two delivery attempts will be made.
- After two failed attempts, the order will be held for collection at the point indicated by the courier for 10 calendar days.
- If not collected within that period, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

In-store collection
- Orders will remain available in store for 15 calendar days, counted from the first working day after the customer is notified.
- If not collected within this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be issued.
