Warranty and customer service
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. JOSE LUIS Joyerías will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.
Our items are guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If your item is defective, not working, or not as advertised, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and resolve it.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, or any other cause that is not a manufacturing defect. For watches, we recommend consulting the warranty manual that came with your watch for more information. In the event of a problem with your watch, we will forward it to the manufacturer, who will determine whether or not the defect is covered under warranty.
In any case, if your problem isn't covered by the warranty, we'll do everything we can to help you and resolve your issue in the best way possible. We're available to assist you before, during, and after your purchase.
