Web browsing and ordering involve the express and unreserved acceptance  of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, so it is recommended to read them before finalizing any purchase. 

2. Applicable law and jurisdiction 

These General Terms and Conditions, relating to the use of the Website and the contracts for the purchase of products entered into via the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these General Terms and Conditions, the use of the Website, or contracts for the purchase of products entered into via the Website shall be resolved by the competent courts in Spain, unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable consumer protection laws.

Furthermore, JOSE LUIS Joyerías informs the consumer that, in the event of a dispute arising from the use of or the purchase of products or services related to the Website, the European Union provides a consumer assistance platform, which is available at the following link: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_es.

3. Economic conditions and prices 

3.1. Prices and currency 

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€)  and correspond to Final price applicable at the time of purchase , except in the case of typographical errors. 

The total amount to pay will be the one shown in the last screen of the purchase process , before order confirmation. 

3.2. Indirect taxes (VAT) by territory 

Product prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT)  according to tax rate in force in the territory of destination of the order , in accordance with the tax regulations applicable in each country or region. 

For your information: 

  • Spain:  The general applicable VAT rate is 21% .
  • Portugal: the general applicable VAT rate is 23% . 

Each The country or territory will apply the local tax rate in force.  at the time of purchase, and may vary depending on the applicable tax regulations. 

3.3. Exemptions and special regimes 

  • The Companies established in the European Union , other than Spain, may be exempt from VAT when they meet the legal requirements established in Community regulations.
  • Sales made to countries outside the European Union  will be carried out without VAT charge , without prejudice to any taxes, duties or fees that may be required by the authorities of the country of destination.
  • The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-EU territories for tax purposes. Purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of local taxes or customs duties.  

4. Customs and import expenses 

The customs clearance fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges  derived from shipments to non-EU territories are not included  in the price of the product or in the shipping costs, and must be paid by the recipient of the merchandise. 

5. Price changes and errors 

JOSE LUIS Jewelers reserves the right to modify prices  of the products at any time, always applying the price in force at the time of the order formalization. 

In case of Typographical, image, or descriptive errors beyond the Company's control will be corrected as soon as possible. In such cases, the customer may contact the Customer Service  to receive the relevant information. 

Due to device configuration or photographic techniques, the products may present slight variations in color or size  regarding the customer's visual perception. 

6. Validity and modification of the conditions 

These General Terms and Conditions will remain in effect while they are published on the Website and will apply to orders placed during that period. 

JOSE LUIS Jewelers reserves the right to modify them unilaterally , without such modifications affecting contracts entered into previously, except in cases where the user requests the modification of the order. 

7. Customer requirements 

The client declares to be over 18 years old  and have the necessary legal capacity  to enter into contracts. 

JOSE LUIS Jewelers may verify compliance with this requirement by legally permitted means.
