Promotion terms and conditions
1. Promotion mechanics
During the Black Friday period, as a JL Club member, your purchases on our website will earn double points.
For each purchase made during the promotion period, you will receive 2 points for every euro spent.
Once you have accumulated a minimum of 100 points, you will receive a €5 voucher that you can redeem on your next purchase, up to a maximum of 6 months.
EXAMPLES
Spend €100 and accumulate €10
Spend €200 and accumulate €20
Spend €300 and accumulate €30
• Points will be automatically added to your JL Club account once the order has been successfully confirmed.
• The usage, value, and expiration of the points remain the same as those of the loyalty club.
• These points will be added to your current balance in our loyalty club and can be redeemed on your next purchases.
• To redeem your points, you must have a minimum of 100 accumulated points. Vouchers for redeeming the balance will be created starting from 100 points.
• It may take a few minutes for the information on the points accumulated in your JL Club member balance to update after the purchase is made.
2. Promotional period and territory
The promotion starts on November 27, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Purchases made outside these dates will earn the usual points determined by the JL Club terms and conditions.
The promotion will be international in scope (Spain and Portugal) and all residents of mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal may participate.
The promotion will only be valid for purchases made in our online store.
Purchases made at physical points of sale are excluded from the promotion.
If, due to force majeure, it is necessary to postpone, modify, or cancel the promotion, this fact will be notified through the same channels as these terms and conditions.
3. Requirements for joining the promotion
Only users registered in our JL Club loyalty program will be able to earn double points.
If you are not yet a member of JL Club, you can sign up as a member during your purchase and benefit from the promotion's terms and conditions.
You can also join the JL Club beforehand through the dedicated section for it.
The JL Club registration process involves entering your mobile phone number, validating it with a code sent via message (SMS or WhatsApp) to that same number, and finally, creating a password.
Once this process is complete, your E-commerce account will be associated with JL Club, and you can enjoy all the aforementioned benefits.
Additionally, you will be assigned a personal and exclusive portfolio of services and benefits, which you can access at any time via the JL Club link on the website.
If you are already a JL Club user and have validated your phone number, you will not need to register again; simply log in with your mobile phone number and the password you entered when you registered with JL Club.
Loyalty is activated when you sign up and validate your phone during registration as a JL Club member.
It is important to ensure you are a JL Club member before making a purchase to benefit from the promotion and correctly accumulate points in your loyalty club wallet.
4. Exchange and Return Policy
If you return an order, the points generated by that purchase (including double points) will be deducted.
5. Reservations and limitations
JOYERIA JOSE LUIS SL reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions that it deems necessary for the successful completion of the promotion.
JOYERIA JOSE LUIS SL reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this promotion if exceptional circumstances arise that prevent its realization, communicating these circumstances in such a way as to avoid any prejudice to the participants in the promotion.
These facts will be notified by the same means as these conditions, through our website.
JOYERIA JOSE LUIS SL is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.
JOYERIA JOSE LUIS SL is exempt from any liability in the event of temporary unavailability or discontinuity of the operation of the services through which the promotion is participated in, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to problems of transmission and/or loss of email that prevent the normal development of the promotion.
