Guarantees and customer service
The contractual guarantee provided is pursuant to Spanish Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Jose Luis Joyerias shall take responsibility for any disconformities expressed within two years following delivery.
Our watches are guaranteed for a period of two years following the purchase date. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects; under no circumstances does it cover damage arising from the incorrect use, dents or of any type other than manufacturing defects. For further information you are advised to consult the guarantee manual provided with your watch.
If you experience any difficulties with your product, we will send it to the manufacturer who will decide whether or not it is covered by the guarantee.
At all events, if the problem is not covered by the guarantee, we will do everything we can to help you and find a satisfactory solution for the problem. We are at your disposal before, during and after you make your purchase.
