Shipping

Items may be shipped to the delivery address provided during the purchase process or you may collect them from one of our stores. You will receive an email confirming that the items have been shipped.

If you choose to pick up your order from one of our stores, you will receive an SMS with details of the store delivery date. You will be required to provide proof of identity and the order number.

The billing and delivery addresses do not have to match.

In the case of special bespoke items produced to order, the delivery date will be specified once the order has been placed.

DELIVERY DATES

Orders for the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands shall be delivered within 24-28 hours. In the case of orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international orders, the delivery time shall be FIVE working days.

Orders placed after 5 p.m. shall not be processed until the next working day.

Orders for in-store collection will be delivered within THREE to FIVE working days, depending on the day of the week the order is placed.

Orders for collection in store shall be delivered within THREE to FIVE working days.

Delivery of your order is guaranteed provided we have sufficient stock and that the order has not been placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next working day. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will not be processed until confirmation of the transfer has been provided by the bank.  

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs by destination:

  • Spanish mainland : €4.95
  • Balearic Islands : €10
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : €15
  • Portugal : €4,95
  • European Union : €20
  • Eastern Europe : €24

There is no charge on orders collection in store.  

Shipping is free of charge on orders over €75 destined for the Spanish mainland.  

In the case of orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and countries outside the European Union Customs Union, customers shall be required to pay the corresponding customs charges.  

DELIVERY INCIDENTS

The transport company will email you a code enabling you to track your order.

If you are not in when delivery is made, the transport company will leave a note and try to contact you by phone to arrange another delivery time. If they are unable to contact you, the item will be included in the next day’s delivery. After two failed attempts, you must contact the transport company and will have ten calendar days following the second attempt to collect the item from the place specified by the transport company. Once this period has elapsed, the item will be returned to our warehouses and we will refund the amount paid.   

 

Items for in-store collection will remain in the store for fifteen calendar days starting the first working day following the sending of the email informing you that your order is ready for collection. Once this period has elapsed, the item will be returned to our warehouses and we will refund the amount paid.
