Returns and exchanges

Our customer service department provides an after sales service in order to solve any problems with our products or shipping. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days or exchange it within 30 days, following the date of delivery.

To exchange or return an item you may call in at any of our stores in Spain. Click on the following link to see the store directory. 

Exchanges may not be made via the online store. You must return the item and make a new online purchase. You may process the return by sending the item to our facilities by courier. In this case, the shipping is payable by the customer. You will find our adress in you purchase invoice.

Items may be returned or exchanged at any of our physical stores in Spain and Portugal. Click here to locate your nearest store. Alternatively, you may return the item to our facilities by courier, in which case you are responsible for the shipping fees, although in the event of an exchange, you will not have to pay for the cost of shipping the new order.

In order to process any returns or exchanges, you must send the item and any accessories in perfect condition and in the original packaging, including the receipt, guarantee, labels and any instructions.

No returns or exchanges may be made on engraved and personalised items or special sizes, such as wedding bands items

It is very important that all items sent for return or exchange are properly packaged. No returns are accepted on items that have been damaged due to unsuitable packaging.

Once the items have been returned to our facilities and we have checked their condition, JOSE LUIS JOYERIAS will provide a full refund for the cost of the item via the same method used by the customer for payment, shipping cost included.
