How to shop online
To shop at joseluisjoyerias.com follow these simple steps:
1. Select a category: JEWELLERY, WATCHES, NEW IN, BEST SELLERS, LOOKBOOK or GIFT CARDS). By clicking on any of these, the full list of the products included in that category will drop down.
In addition, by placing the cursor on each category, a submenu will drop down, showing the various product types that you can access directly by clicking on them (except the LOOKBOOK AND GIFT CARD sections).

If you are viewing the website from a mobile device, the browser menu will change order, although the category structure is the same. To view the categories, simply tap the icon featuring three horizontal lines.
2. Click on an item photo to access the product characteristics, including the reference, description, price, materials and sizes available, as well as similar items.

3. If you wish to acquire an item, select the required size and/or materials available, if necessary, and click on Add to Cart. You may then either opt to proceed to check-out or continue shopping. You may view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon in the menu at the top of the screen.
4. To proceed to check-out you must be previously registered on the website (click here to register directly). Go to the shopping cart and follow these steps:
-Select your payment method: card, PayPal or transfer
-Select the shipping address
-If you wish to request an invoice for your order, click on the box below.
-If you wish to send your order as a gift, click on the box below and enter the recipient’s details on the form.
5. Confirm your order by clicking on ‘FINALISE PURCHASE’. A summary will then appear. After checking that all your details are correct, you may then complete the process by clicking on the ‘FINALISE PURCHASE’ button. You will receive an email providing confirmation of your order.
FAVOURITE ITEMS
You can use the ‘ADD TO FAVOURITES’ button, which you will find in the product characteristics, to save all those items of interest to you. You can then access them quickly and easily at any time by clicking on the heart icon situated in the menu at the top of the screen.
If the icon is red, this means that you have saved favourite items. To view them, simply click on the heart icon.
SEE IN STORE
If you wish to view on the website any of the items stocked in our stores, simply follow these steps (you must be registered on the website):
- Click on the ‘SEE IN STORE’ option included in the product characteristics.
- To select a store, click on the ‘STORE LIST’ button. Enter your town/city or post code and select one from the drop down list on the left-hand side of the screen. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the appointment date and time.
- Press the "CONFIRM " button and your order will be that submitted. We will contact you to set date and time of the visit.
PRODUCT ENGRAVING
To take advantage of this option, you must be registered on the website.
Some of our items can be engraved (optional). In these cases, the ‘TEXT FOR ENGRAVING’ button will be included in the product characteristics. Click on this button and enter the text you wish to be engraved, in accordance with the maximum number of characters allowed (up to two texts can be engraved on some items). Then, click on ‘ADD TO CART’. The item will be included in your shopping cart with the text of your choice.
