Payment methods

Below are details of the online payment methods.  JOSE LUIS JOYERIAS will issue the corresponding invoice with the items you purchase. All payments must be made in euros.  

A) Bank transfer

If you select a bank transfer as your payment method, you must transfer the corresponding amount, payable to  JOYERIA JOSE LUIS, S.L., to the following BANCO SANTANDER account number:  IBAN : ES35 0049 6756 0229 1607 0349, Bank Identification Code (BIC):  BSCH ESMM. Remember to state the order reference number and your full name or business name. You will have five working days to make payment. If the transfer is not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled.

B) Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)

JOSE LUIS JOYERIAS guarantees that all online transactions made via its website are 100% secure. All operations implying the transmission of personal or bank details are made in a secure online environment as all the data provided for transmission is encrypted.

C) PayPal

 You can use your Pay Pal account to make payments on our webstore, taking into account the characteristics of this payment system (www.paypal.com) and the following aspects to comply with:


  • All the data in your Pay Pal account and all the data you use to make the purchase in our webstore must match, except in cases where the collection is in a physical store.

  • If still, you use different data (different email, different delivery address, "give away through the web" service) the purchase will be issued normally and then we will proceed to cancel and return the amount to the PayPal system, complying with with the protection policy of this payment system. PayPal will confirm this cancellation and return via message in your private account, and will indicate the moment when the amount will be returned to your bank account.

  • The return policy with the PayPal method is the same as with any other online purchase, with another means of payment. See the section on exchanges and returns. We remind you that: in case of return of items by post, having used Pay Pal as a payment method, Jose Luis Joyerías will issue the refund of the amount to Pay Pal, not being responsible for the time of entry of the amount from PayPal to your bank account. Likewise, we remind you that you must bear the shipping costs for returning the items. Product changes are not allowed. In the event of the return of items in any of our physical stores, having used Pay Pal as a payment method, Jose Luis Joyerías will issue a refund of the amount via Pay Pal, not being responsible for the time of entry of the amount from PayPal to your bank account. You will also not be able to make changes in this case.
