How to register for JL Club?
  • Through our website, when registering or joining the loyalty program.
  • By downloading the JL Club APP from your mobile App Store.
  • In our jewellery stores, via the QR code provided for this purpose.
How do I know if I am already a JL Club member?

If you are a JL Club member, you will have access to the JL Club section within the "My Account" menu.

If not, please proceed with registration through one of the available channels (website, App, point of sale or WhatsApp).

How do I identify myself in store?

If you have a balance to redeem, do not forget to identify yourself in store by showing your member QR code through our JL Club app.

You may also identify yourself as a club member by providing the mobile phone number used during registration.

Conditions

JL Club membership is free and does not require any initial purchase to join.

To access or redeem the benefits associated with your JL Club account, identification is necessary and mandatory:

  • In physical stores, using the QR code in the APP or Wallet.
  • In our online store, by logging in or registering.
Why have I not earned points with my purchase?

We are working on a new loyalty programme to improve your experience with JL Club.

For this reason, purchases made from March 1, 2026 will no longer accumulate points.

You may redeem the balance previously generated until August 31, 2026.

How can I check how many points I have or what my balance is?

You can check your balance at www.joseluisjoyerias.com by accessing your private "JL Club" member area within the "My Account" section, or through our JL Club App.
